Scope and Topics
Global civilization studies is an interdisciplinary field dedicated to the in-depth examination of specific regions and nations. It draws on methodologies from political science, history, literature, and law, and systematically explores dimensions such as politics, economy, society, and culture. Research topics encompass historical evolution, spatial governance, mechanisms of civilizational dialogue and mutual learning, as well as the influence of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—on regional transformation. A key emphasis is placed on analyzing regional development patterns through the interpretation of multilingual historical sources. This journal seeks to foster academic dialogue concerning the diverse societal impacts of global civilization studies.
